Your Story Matters,
and it Deserves to be Heard with Compassion
Compassionate, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions
We all want to feel genuinely understood, to have a safe place to talk about anything without being judged or shamed, and to feel that we matter.
Reaching out for help takes courage, and you deserve a space where you’re heard without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based care—always at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll explore your story, build on your strengths, and work toward lasting change and relief.
Change is possible,
even if it doesn’t feel that way right now.
Compassionate
I approach every session with warmth, respect, and an open heart. Practicing compassion means I listen deeply, honor each client’s unique story, and create a safe space free of judgment. I strive to understand what life feels like from your perspective, respond with genuine care, and support you at your own pace as we work toward healing and growth.
Warm
I bring a calm, welcoming presence to every session. Practicing warmth means offering genuine empathy, attentive listening, and a non-judgmental space where you feel seen, valued, and accepted just as you are.
Collaborative
I see therapy as a partnership. Working collaboratively means we set goals together, explore options side by side, and draw on your strengths and insights while I offer guidance and tools to support your growth.
Hello and Welcome!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families, in clinical, home, and school settings over the past 20 years. Currently, I am working with adults, which I find to be very satisfying, as I am always inspired by my clients desire to improve their lives.
My goal, as a therapist, is to create a warm and safe environment for all of my clients. I am empathetic, compassionate, caring, non-judgmental, a good listener, able to communicate effectively, and have a good sense of humor. In addition, I am flexible and utilize a variety of treatment approaches, in an effort to provide an individualized therapy experience, one which is unique to you and your needs.
As a Jai Institute Certified Parenting Coach, I am also passionate about supporting parents, including those whose children are neurodiverse.
